About the course

An English-taught degree (180 ECTS over three years) combining economics and management with an international focus, with modules such as microeconomics, macroeconomics, international business, finance and accounting, public, environmental and international economics, and marketing. Year 3 includes a mandatory two-month internship, specialisation modules, a thesis and an optional study abroad window in the fifth semester.

Entry requirements for Irish students

  • Constructor University does not publish Leaving Cert grade requirements; it asks that your school qualification gives direct admission to a German university. Confirm with admissions.
  • SAT/ACT is not needed to apply, but may be required for enrolment if your school qualification does not give direct German university admission (for example, Ordinary Level Maths).
  • English: no test needed if you are a native English speaker or were taught exclusively in English for at least six years; otherwise IELTS 6.5, TOEFL iBT 90 or Duolingo 110 (other tests also accepted).
