About the course

A four-year business degree (240 ECTS) that can be taken 100% in English. On the triple-degree route, students spend two full academic years abroad, at IESEG in France and Sheffield Hallam University in the UK, and earn three degrees; alternatively a dual degree involves three years at IQS and one year at Kedge Business School (France) or Pforzheim University (Germany).

Entry requirements for Irish students

  • IQS asks international applicants for a UNEDasiss credential that gives access to the Spanish university system, plus academic records from their last two school years. Under Spanish law, Leaving Cert students do not sit the Spanish PAU, but they must meet Irish university entry rules (as a guide, UCD asks for six subjects with at least H5 in two, including English and Irish). IQS publishes no Leaving Cert grade table, so confirm with IQS admissions.
  • All applicants take an online admissions test of about 3 hours: a psychometric test plus an English level test. It is emailed at 3:30 pm Spanish time on your chosen date and you have 24 hours to do it. IQS says you must take the English test whether or not you hold an official language certificate.

How to apply

  1. Get UNEDasiss accreditationApply to UNEDasiss (open February to November, about €36) for the credential giving access to the Spanish university system.
  2. Apply on the IQS portalCreate an account, upload your passport, photo and grades from your last two school years, pay the €125 fee and choose an admissions test date.
  3. Sit the online admissions testComplete the roughly 3-hour psychometric and English test within the 24-hour window. IQS sends a decision within 15 days.
  4. Pay the pre-enrolment depositIf admitted, pay the €3,000 pre-enrolment deposit within two weeks, then enrol when enrolment opens in the last week of June.
Deadline for Irish/EU applicants: IQS runs rolling admissions. When you apply, you choose an admissions test date from the IQS calendar. You get a decision within 15 days of the test and must pay the pre-enrolment deposit within two weeks of being admitted. Enrolment opens in the last week of June. Test dates for 2027 entry are not listed on the programme page, so apply early..

Costs

  • IQS does not publish the annual tuition fee on the programme page, so ask admissions for the 2027/28 figure. It is a private university, so expect fees far higher than at Spanish public universities. There is a €125 application fee (refunded if you are not admitted) and a €3,000 pre-enrolment payment, which is deducted from your tuition. IQS says tuition fees vary for the year spent abroad in the UK.
IQS is a private university and does not publish the annual fee online, so get the full four-year cost in writing, including the different fee for the UK year. Make sure you choose the 100% English option, not the track that moves gradually from Spanish to English.
