About the course

A four-year general business degree. On the English Track it is taught 100% in English at the Lille or Nice campus, and it includes about 15 months of internships in France and abroad. At least one semester abroad, on exchange or on a Global Impact Project, is compulsory.

Entry requirements for Irish students

  • EDHEC does not name the Irish Leaving Certificate. It accepts ‘most secondary school diplomas that meet the academic requirements for university entrance’ and lists A Levels, the IB, the Abitur and others. France has no national rule on Leaving Cert subjects or grades, so EDHEC assesses your file itself. Ask admissions how it reads Higher Level results. For comparison, the A Level rule is at least 3 subjects at CCC or better, including Economics, Mathematics or Business.
  • Selection is based on your file (school reports from the last three semesters, CV, one-page personal statement), an Emage-me personality assessment app, EDHEC’s own online English assessment and an online interview. No SAT or maths entrance test is listed.
  • English: every applicant sits EDHEC’s online English assessment. EDHEC publishes no minimum score and no exemption for the Leaving Cert.

Costs

  • EUR 15,900 a year for all Business Management Track options, before scholarships. EDHEC states this for the 2026 intake and says the fee covers the full length of the programme. The 2027 intake fee is not yet published. Application fee EUR 100. A EUR 5,000 deposit is due two weeks after admission and counts towards tuition. You can pay in full or in 44 monthly instalments.
EDHEC is a private business school. At EUR 15,900 a year, it costs far more than a French public university. Make sure you pick the English Track, because the Classic option of this track is taught in French.
