About the course

A four-year bachelor in management taught fully in English. Across 39 modules it covers general education and core management subjects such as accounting, marketing and economics, plus global business and a specialisation. Students can move between SKEMA’s campuses in France and abroad.

Entry requirements for Irish students

  • SKEMA publishes no specific rule for the Irish Leaving Certificate. In France the Leaving Cert is a valid EU school-leaving qualification, with no national rule on subjects, levels or grades, so SKEMA judges it through its own selection process. Ask admissions which Higher Level grades they expect.
  • Selection on MySKEMApply is weighted as follows: school record 40%, motivation interview of about 20 minutes on Teams 35%, a portfolio of 2–5 items showing extracurricular achievements 15%, and an English test 10%. There is no written entrance exam.
  • English: Year 1 has no minimum score, but you must either take a test (TOEFL, IELTS, TOEIC, Cambridge, Duolingo and others are accepted) or get an exemption. Native English speakers, or anyone who has studied at least one year in English, may be exempted if the admissions jury agrees. Irish students should ask for this exemption.

How to apply

  1. Check the programme and campusChoose Lille or Sophia Antipolis for the September 2027 intake and read the Global BBA page and the SKEMA admissions procedure.
  2. Prepare your documentsGather your passport, transcripts for your last three years of school, CV, motivation letter, a portfolio of 2–5 items, and either an English test result or an exemption request as a native speaker.
  3. Apply on MySKEMApplySubmit before the 15th of a month to get into that month’s review round. Aim for autumn or early winter 2026-27 rather than waiting for your Leaving Cert results.
  4. Interview and confirmDo the 20-minute motivation interview on Teams. If you get an offer, send your Leaving Cert results when they come out and pay the deposit and fees as SKEMA instructs.
Deadline for Irish/EU applicants: Students with a non-French school diploma apply on MySKEMApply, with intakes in September and January. SKEMA says the next application deadline is the 15th of the month, so applications are reviewed in monthly rounds. It does not publish a final closing date for September 2027 entry. Apply early in the 2026-27 school year. The Parcoursup/SESAME route (19 Jan–12 Mar 2026 in the last cycle) is only for French baccalaureate holders..

Costs

  • SKEMA lists tuition of €14,000 a year plus service fees of €500 a year for 2026-27, about €58,000 for the full four years. It does not list a separate EU rate. Double-degree options cost an extra €3,000 a year plus the partner university’s costs. The €315 SESAME fee applies to French baccalaureate holders who apply through Parcoursup. SKEMA does not publish an application fee for MySKEMApply, so check this when you apply. Fees for 2027-28 have not been published yet.
This is a private business school that costs about €14,500 a year in total, with no lower rate for EU students. It is state-recognised, and SKEMA lists it as RNCP 40811 (level 6), but budget for four years rather than three.
