The three-lesson programme
Knowing Yourself (pre-test) — interests, abilities and values, plus an honest predicted-grades audit. Students take the test as homework.
Reading Your Report (post-test) — decoding the interest profile and a first-pass keep / maybe / drop sort of the personalised course list.
Curating Your Top 20 — the reach / match / safety framework applied to 10 Level 8 and 10 Level 6/7 picks, each one defensible.
An optional fourth lesson covers open-day strategy and the final CAO submission checklist.
