CAO Change of Mind Now Open – Here’s What You Need to Know (And a 10% Discount to Help You Decide!)
From May 6th at 12 noon, the CAO Change of Mind facility is officially open! This is your chance to review, change, or add new course choices to your CAO application – all for free – right up until 5pm on July 1st.
That means if you’ve had second thoughts, discovered a new course, or just want to double-check your choices, now’s the time to take action.
It’s super simple:
Log in to your CAO account through the ‘My Application’ section.
Click on ‘Add/Change Course Choices.’
Enter your new list of courses in the exact order of your preference.
Hit ‘Continue with course changes’ to save them.
Check your email for confirmation – make sure your changes are listed correctly!
📝 Important: If you make a change in one course list (like Level 8), it doesn’t affect the other list (Level 7/6) – so be sure to only change what you actually want to update.
You can change your choices as many times as you like (before July 1st at 5pm).
Once you submit a Change of Mind, it overrides any previous course choices in that section.
Don’t mix Level 8 and Level 7/6 courses – they go in separate sections.
You can’t add restricted courses now (unless they share assessment procedures with one you already applied for by Feb 1st – check with the college if you’re unsure).
If you’re a mature applicant, it’s best to contact the college before making changes.
